Key Tips for Artwork Submission

Proofing:

Double-check everything before you send it over. Ensure your design is final and free from spelling errors, layout mishaps, or colour issues. We’ll assume your files are print-ready when we receive them, so get those details right from the start.

File Requirements:

Submit your artwork as a high-resolution PDF file. Here’s the checklist:

  • Resolution: 300dpi (minimum 150dpi if necessary due to file size).
  • Colour Format: CMYK, not RGB, for accurate colour reproduction.
  • Fonts: Convert to outlines or embed them.
  • Images: Ensure all images are 300dpi and full print size.
  • Bleed: Roller banners do not need bleed, but the bottom 100mm of the banner stays hidden in the mechanism.

Roller Banner Specifications

Make sure your artwork matches the dimensions of your chosen banner stand. Here are the key sizes:

  • SuperSaver & Economy: 800mm x 2,100mm (visible area 800mm x 2,000mm; treat the bottom 100mm as bleed).
  • Budget: 800mm or 850mm x 2,100mm (visible area 800/850mm x 2,000mm).
  • Premium: 850mm x 2,250mm (visible area 850mm x 2,150mm).
  • Exclusive: 850mm x 2,350mm (visible area 850mm x 2,150mm; bottom 200mm as bleed).
  • Wide Budget & Premium: Available widths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, or 2m. Artwork height is 2,100mm (Budget) or 2,250mm (Premium).

For a neat finish, keep all logos and key content 30mm below the top edge.
