The Royal Bath & West Showground
The Showground, Shepton Mallet BA4 6QN
Nestled in the heart of Somerset, the Royal Bath & West Showground is a 240 acre site, with both outdoor and indoor facilities. Hosting fairs, shows, festivals, conferences and exhibitions, the showground has ample room boasting numerous exhibition halls, a 30,000 square foot pavilion, lounge, theatre and restaurant areas.
Bournemouth International Centre

Within walking distance of Bournemouth Beach, the BIC is well situated in the city centre and features a 650-space car park. With four halls suitable for conferences, concerts and exhibitions, the Bournemouth International Centre is the largest venue in the southern region.
King’s Road, Brighton BN1 2GR
Another staple centre based in southern England, Brighton Centre is a conference and exhibition centre which marries the beach with the city. A regular for political conferences, the Brighton Centre provides a professional setting with capacity for 300 to 4,450 attendees.
UWE Bristol Exhibition & Conference Centre

As part of the University of the West of England, the UWE Bristol Exhibition & Conference Centre is one of the largest in the South West with over 4,000m2 of variable space. Opened by world-renowned singer Shirley Bassey in 1993, Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena is an indoor exhibition centre and events area with over 5,000 square metres of fully integrated event space.
Wales Millennium Centre

The Wales Millennium Centre was opened in 2004 and has a capacity of 2,497. Primarily an arts centre, the site offers five performance spaces as well as a number of function rooms, spanning 4.7 acres.
Evesham Road, Cheltenham GL50 4SH
In addition to being a nationally acclaimed racecourse, Cheltenham Racecourse offers space for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate functions and product launches. Set in 350 acres of land in the Cotswolds, the racecourse is a picturesque choice for all manner of events.
Devonshire Park Centre

The Devonshire Park Centre is a modern venue with flexible conference, exhibition and event spaces and a high-capacity auditorium. In addition to the newly developed spaces, the centre also features Grade II listed architecture.
Clyst St Mary, Exeter EX5 1DJ
Host to the annual Devon County Show amongst other events, Westpoint is a multi-purpose arena with a capacity of 7,500 people. The venue hosts local concerts, fairs and exhibitions and is well located with links to the South West and views of the picturesque Devonian countryside.

The largest conference facility in Kent offering 7,000m2, the Kent Event Centre boasts three exhibition halls, ideal for exhibitions, trade shows and fairs. Situated between two major motorways
and less than an hour from London, the centre has 200 acres of outdoor space in the North Downs and onsite parking for up to 30,000 cars.

Newbury Racecourse offers versatile conference, exhibition and events facilities with packages to suit a variety of corporate and private events. Located in the village of Ardingly, the South of England Event Centre has over 25 years’ experience in delivering successful exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, parties and festivals. The unique and versatile space provides the opportunity to run any size and type of event – spanning capacity up to 50,000. The centre also features free onsite parking for 6,000 vehicles plus accessible links to Gatwick Airport, the M25 and M23 and Haywards Heath railway station.
