Delivery Information
Turnaround times
Delivery information on turnaround speed: For orders that require same day, express, pre-10:30am, Saturday delivery or delivery to a location outside mainland UK, please call one of our helpful sales team on 023 8087 8037 who will be able to provide you with a quotation.
Our turnaround times start from when we have received print-ready artwork and cleared payment in full and they are based on working days (Monday to Friday), not including public holidays. Any orders received after 10:00am will be processed the next working day. Please note that our turnaround times quoted on our website or over the telephone are based on typical production schedules and are not guaranteed. Our ability to meet very tight delivery deadlines is subject to various factors such as order specification, quantities, machine requirements, third-party couriers and several other factors that may be beyond our control.
Delivery times are in addition to the turnaround time and will depend on the service you have chosen.
Delivery Service
Once you order is ready for dispatch (please see turnaround times above for details), we offer free next day delivery via DPD Standard Service on all orders being dispatched to England, Wales (mainland addresses) and the Scottish Lowlands.
For addresses listed below, there will be an additional charge of £30.00 added to your order and delivery may take up to an additional 3 days.
Scottish postcodes: AB, FK, G83, IV, PA, PH, HS, DD
Isle of Wight: PO30-PO41
Channel Islands: GY, JE
Northern Ireland: BT
Republic of Ireland
For time critical or local deliveries, we may appoint one of our own drivers.
On request, we are able to send you a tracking number for your DPD delivery and you can track your order online. DPD will give you an idea of delivery time so you won’t have to stay in all day waiting!
Urgent Orders
If you need is especially urgent, please be assured that we will do our upmost to adjust our production schedules and pull out all the stops to meet your needs.
Multiple address delivery
If you are needing to send your printed items to more than 1 address, we can easily handle your request. By using CSV and Excel this is a simple task! Just contact us for more information.
White label delivery
We understand there are times when you need an order to go directly to your customer from us, but look like it came from you! When placing your order just inform us that you would like your items to be sent out “white label”. This will mean your order is dispatched from us without any company branding or paperwork. White label shipping can reduce delivery costs and helps to lower emissions. There are no additional costs for white label delivery.
Zero Carbon Deliveries
We are always searching for new ways to reduce our carbon footprint and are aware that a major contributor to carbon emissions is parcel deliveries. DPD Local are committed to offsetting carbon emissions via a combination of fuel-efficient driving, financing cleaner energy and greater load capacities – all of these are offered with no extra cost to the consumer.
