Roller Banner Replacement Graphics Description

The replacement graphics panel is professionally-printed in vibrant full colour with UV resistant inks so the graphics and text are as eye-catching as possible and the banner can be re-used over & over.

The banner material is high quality, light reflective and includes an additional lightstop layer to give it an opaque finish and guarantee great visibility in all light conditions.

Each graphic is supplied with a strip of adhesive tape attached to the bottom ready to attach to your existing stand, we will also include the allen key that is needed to lock the mechanism.

Advantages and Disadvantages to Consider

Although we offer replacement roll up banner graphics we strongly recommend purchasing a complete unit however, if you choose to buy these panels, fitting them to a roller banner mechanism is not difficult to do.

Advantages

• Refresh/Rejuvenate – If you have a generic banner that you use regularly and the graphic has been damaged or information within the design has changed a replacement graphic would be great. Simply discard the old graphic and fit a new one!

Disadvantages

• Damage – If not done correctly you could damage your stand and/or the graphic, which could make it unusable
• Size – If you do not know the exact size or specs of your current stand, a replacement panel may not fit
• Time – Changing the panels can be quite time consuming especially if you are changing the frequently for multiple different events. It may be better to have different units for different event so you can just grab & go!
• Storage – As a complete unit the graphics are stored safely inside the mechanism, replacement graphics will need to be stored separately and can therefore get damaged more easily
• Warranty – Purchasing a stand from another company may mean it is not be covered by a warranty – all our budget and premium roller banners come with 6 months warranty.

Designs can be uploaded at the checkout stage, or sent to us later via email or WeTransfer if that is easier.

Banner Replacement Graphics Installation

1. • Once you can see where it is tied to the leader sheet, fully remove the existing graphic from the mechanism.
   • To hold the spring, fully insert an allen key into the little hole on the side of the roller banner mechanism.
   • Making sure not to break the leader sheet, peel the old panel away from it.
   • From the current panel, remove the header bar. These will either be of one of two types: an adhesive system or a clamp system, which we will supply (on cheap stands). If the system is a clamp, you must release the clamp and take out the panel. Peel the panel away from the header bar to reveal an adhesive system. Replace the adhesive strip with a robust double-sided tape strip.
   • Make sure the header bar is oriented correctly to take the pole before attaching it to the top of the new panel, either by clamping it into the bar or adhering it using double-sided tape.
   • Remove the protective layer from the supplied double-sided tape strip on your new graphic panel.
   • Make sure the bottom of the graphic panel is adhered straight and without overlapping the stand’s leader sheet.
   • Remove the allen key while holding the panel firmly.
   • Permit the panel to slowly retract into the stand.
